Taco John's of Iowa (one of Taco John's largest franchisees) was looking to create an engaging ad campaign to fulfill the goals of creating awareness and driving transactions. IAN stepped in to help develop a plan promoting the value of Taco John's of Iowa's new 10 tacos for $10 every day after 5pm promotion to consumers. The campaign exceeded the sales goals set by Taco John's of Iowa enough to catch the attention of other franchisee owners and Taco John's International. While the 10 for $10 promotion is not a national promotion (at this time), it is available for other franchisees to use as a value promotion throughout the year.

The Iowa State Fair promotion is one of the mainstays for IAN in the long-standing partnership with Taco John’s of Iowa and the Des Moines Mexican Food Advertising Co-op consisting of 28 Taco John's locations within the Des Moines-Ames television market. With the Iowa State Fair sponsorship, brand awareness for Taco John’s of Iowa continues to build through community visibly and support well after the fair is over as consumers can redeem their ticket backs for free small Potato Olés at any participating Iowa Taco John's location.

After the success of the 10 for $10 promotion Taco John’s of Iowa continued collaborating with IAN by promoting their value menu. With the goal of bringing awareness to specific lower priced menu items, IAN develop the Mex N Match promotion. This helped contribute to an increase in sales from 2017 to 2018 for Taco John's of Iowa.
