In 2012, former Blue Plate Restaurant Co. CFO Luke Shimp approached us to help with his vision for a new craft beer & burger restaurant concept. IAN was responsible for bringing the Red Cow brand vision to life. Since opening in 2013, Red Cow’s success has been nothing short of phenomenal—winning several culinary awards and placing in the top 10 of Urban Spoon’s Hottest Twin Cities Restaurants. Since that time, 3 additional Red Cow Restaurants have popped up in the Twin Cities.
The Red Cow brand look is a perfect extension of the qualities that go into its restaurants, a happy medium between simple and sophisticated. The design and messaging captured the unique look and feel that Luke had envisioned. Rugged yet relaxed. A perfect marriage of classic and modern.
