EcoWater was facing declining market share while being heavily outspent by their competition. They wanted to be seen as THE experts. They also wanted a new website that boasted their brand’s rich 130-year history, increased lead-generation capabilities, and provided a tailored experience for unique audience groups.
IAN embarked on a brand overhaul culminating in a new positioning and tagline that empowered consumers to experience perfected water — “Your Water. Perfected.” Implementing lead tracking and defining conversion steps were integral to site success. A new portal was integrated in addition to a content library for dealers to share information and tips amongst themselves.
